At Forever Cheese, we take extensive measures to ensure that all products that reach the consumer have met our strict quality control requirements. Most recently, we passed our AIB inspection on the first try–only 10% of companies that do so.
To maintain our high standards, we require the following:
→Seminars and training in Food Safety and Defense for our producers
→3rd Party Audits – We are working on having all of our producers pass a 3rd party audit
→Microbiological analyses for salmonella, staphylococcus, E. coli, and listeria for each cheese we import
→Periodic and frequent plant visits
→Continuous checking of incoming products by our Quality Control Manager
