Moser Aux Noix

This camembert-style cheese from Ueli Moser is studded with walnuts from the nature preserve of Stara Planina, on the border of Bulgaria and Serbia. Here, walnut trees grow wild among fig trees, lavender, and roses. They are picked and dried by hand. Walnuts are a traditional accompaniment and perfect partner for so many cheeses, and they add crunch and contrasting flavor to this unique rich soft-ripened wheel. Preorder only.
