The team of brothers at Caro buys 100% Forastero cacao grown on the Costa Marfil, Africa, to make this chocolate in Aragón, Spain. It is beautifully packaged in rustic paper with twine. The 70% dark is intense, with notes of cinnamon and clove and a touch of earthiness.
