Our Prosciutto di Parma DOP is made with hand-selected legs and aged for a minimum of 14 months. Our producer’s expertise and care in the selection of legs and the slow curing process are what make this boneless ham so special. They choose large, high-quality legs that will stand up to over a year of aging. Each leg is hand selected, salted, coated in pork fat, and goes through a natural slow curing process to create a product with exceptional aroma and flavor. The resulting ham is sweet, buttery, and delicate.
