After importing from Italy and Spain for many years, we expanded into Portuguese products because they were so rare and overlooked in the U.S. We don’t know how we lived so long without spectacular Serra da Estrela and other regional specialties, Azorean island cheese, extra virgin olive oil from the hills of Alentejo and Trás-os-Montes, monofloral honey from northern Portugal, and flor de sal collected from the Castro Marim nature reserve.
