Date Almond Cake Mitica®

An artisanal Spanish cake made with just whole Deglet Noor dates and Marcona almonds. The dates are soft and sweet and the almonds add buttery crunch. Each cake is formed by pressing layers of fruit and nuts together, with no additives or preservatives. Excellent paired with cheese or as an energy-boosting snack. Cake is wrapped in 100% compostable and biodegradable paper made of grass and recycled materials.
