El Gran Pep

A limited production cheese from our Garrotxa producer, Josep. After working with him for over 18 years, he is like family to Forever Cheese. Everyone calls him Pep and so we decided to name this large wheel after him - El Gran Pep. This semi-hard goat’s milk cheese is long-aged with an impressive natural tan rind. The milk is collected from just a few goat farmers in the countryside of Tarragona. Aged over 9 months, it is surprisingly soft and melts in your mouth with a smooth finish that hints of nuts and herbs. Preorder only.
