Esporão Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This olive oil from the Alentejo region is produced by one of Portugal’s finest wine producers, Herdade de Esporão. They harvest olives from their own organic groves and local farms, pressing the oils in their 100% sustainable olive mill. A mix of Galega, Verdeal, Carrasquenha, and Arbequina olives are pressed immediately after picking to preserve their fresh flavor, which have notes of green grass, apples, and almonds. On the palate, it is fresh, mildly bitter and spicy, reminiscent of unripe fruit.
