Gotes Catalanes

An original creation from our Garrotxa producer, Josep, this soft spreadable goat cheese is mixed with garlic and parsley, hand-rolled into little balls, and preserved in sunflower oil. They are made with the rich milk from Murciana goats, which is higher in fat and protein, creating the creamy, melt in your mouth texture of this cheese. Though it’s hard not to eat them straight from the jar, Gotes Catalanes (meaning “Catalan drops”) are a fabulous addition to canapés, salads, and other quick fix ideas.
