Macetilla Vinegar
Following ancient traditions from the Arab Islamic rule in Spain, El Majuelo has crafted this full bodied, bittersweet Macetilla Vinegar. The original recipe called for fermenting Arrope (grape must syrup) to make the vinegar, since Arabic law forbade the use of alcohol. Aged in American oak barrels for three years, it is rich and dark, with a milder aroma and sweeter flavor than other sherry vinegars. It's truly one of a kind and exclusive to Forever Cheese.
