Moser Riesling x Sylvaner

An exquisite creamy cow’s milk cheese with notes of warm cream and a hint of sweetness and nutmeg in the finish. It is soaked in Riesling x Sylvaner white wine made from Müller-Thurgau grapes that grow in the mountains of the Swiss region of Thurgau. The unique yeasts in the local wine contribute to the velvety white rind and soft, luscious paste. Cheesemaker Ueli Moser specializes in soft-ripened cheeses, a rarity in Switzerland, where hard, aged cheeses are most common. Preorder only.
