Porchetta Arrosto Mitica®
Porchetta Arrosto (roasted porchetta) is a traditional meat made with pork loin and pork belly that is hand-rolled and tied and slow roasted. The addition of aromatic herbs like rosemary and wild fennel and spices add to the deeply savory flavor of the meat. Our producer takes great pride in making exceptional cooked meats, including their methodical and long production process, which lasts about 30 days. Unlike many producers who use lower quality pork from northern European countries, our producer only uses pigs raised in Italy for their premium products. In Italy, pigs live longer and grow larger, giving the meat an incredible depth of flavor. Their rigorous selection process ensures the use of only the choicest pork, with ample fat marbling and a rosy color.
