A premium 30 month aged Prosciutto di Parma DOP in the addobbo (rolled) shape. A tiny ancient underground cellar is reserved for aging only the best legs of ham; production is quite limited on this top of the line prosciutto. It is made with hand-selected legs by a family-owned company that has been curing ham for over 50 years. Parma’s microclimate is ideal for curing ham, with naturally salty air blowing in from the nearby coast. The luxuriously tender meat is deep pink in color, lightly sweet, buttery, and delicate.
