This Alpage Raclette is fresh, lactic, and earthy, and its complexity comes from the fantastic milk of 400 cows that spend their summers on Alp Maran and the neighboring three Alps. Cheesemaker Walter Niklaus transforms the milk into a beautiful version of the classic Swiss melting cheese, full of flavor and with an indescribably creamy texture when melted. This cheese is part of the 2023 Adopt-an-Alp® program.
