Surfin' Blu is Quattro Portoni’s latest creation. They take the best wheels of Blu di Bufala and age them for at least 60 days in Surfing Hop, a robust (8.5% ABV) Imperial IPA made by Birrificio Toccalmatto in Fidenza. Packed with citrusy American hops, the beer imparts a distinctive aroma that marries beautifully with the sweet, creamy paste. Preorder only.
