Texas Iberico® raises 100% purebred Iberico pigs on open pastures in the Texas Hill Country, where they forage on mesquite beans, acorns, prickly pear, and premium feed. Raised outdoors for over 18 months, three times longer than commercial pigs, our pigs develop deeply marbled, flavorful pork that’s unmatched in quality. They offer a full line of dry cured meats and fresh cuts, crafted with care to highlight the exceptional character of our heritage breed and Texas landscape.
This pork chorizo is crafted with Spanish inspired spices, cured for 45 days, and then cold-smoked over Pecan Wood.
