Raised outdoors for over 18 months, three times longer than commercial pigs, our pigs develop deeply marbled, flavorful pork that’s unmatched in quality. They offer a full line of dry cured meats and fresh cuts, crafted with care to highlight the exceptional character of our heritage breed and Texas landscape.
Texas Iberico® Lomo is made with 100% Iberico Pork and cured for 60 days using sweet prickly pear nectar.
