Caro Milk Chocolate has amassed quite a following in the U.S. as it is a milk chocolate which is a unique and has a lot of character, something difficult to find in a milk chocolate. It is made in Aragón by the Caro brothers, who learned the trade from their father and grandfather, as well as in one of the finest culinary schools in Germany. The chocolate is creamy and rich with a caramel flavor to it that makes you think of an upscale rolo.
