Our newest line of olive oils is called Mis Raíces, from the DOP region of Bajo Aragón, Spain. They use Empeltre olives, a rare varietal that adds notes of walnuts and fennel. We are all for having multiple oils for different occasions and foods, and these 3 provide a great spectrum for home cooks.
Roots is a blend of Empeltre & Arbequina olives. Delicate, low intensity oil that is mild and fruity – perfect for everyday use.
Organic Roots is a blend of 100% organic Empeltre & Arbequina olives. Medium intensity with notes of ripe fruit and fresh grass. Super well balanced.
Premium Roots is made with 100% Empeltre olives. Medium fruity and delicate. Flavors of artichoke, fennel, walnut. A superb finishing oil.
