New York, NY, December 7, 2022 – Forever Cheese, the specialty cheese pioneer of 25 years, has revamped the packaging for its groundbreaking Spanish sheep’s milk cheese log Wooly Wooly®, originally introduced in September 2020. The first imported fresh sheep’s milk log available on the U.S. market, its sweet flavor and luscious, creamy texture make it stand out. There are two varieties: Plain, available in grocery and specialty stores nationwide, and Chervil, sold exclusively at Whole Foods Market.
There are several factors that differentiate this cheese from others in the category: its prominent sweetness with just a hint of tang, a pillowy soft, spreadable texture, and the use of sheep’s milk from local farms in Jumilla, Spain. Wooly Wooly® is a collaboration between Forever Cheese and producer Central Quesera Montesinos, with whom they’ve developed such products as Drunken Goat®, Naked Goat®, and Capricho de Cabra. In the coming months, Forever Cheese will expand the Wooly Wooly® line with new innovative varieties, all featuring the colorful revamped branding.
