Culture Magazine spoke with co-founder Michele Buster about the dwindling number of shepherds in Spain. Younger generations are not called to take up animal husbandry, and dairy farming and cheesemaking traditions are at risk. Michele is working to raise awareness of the problem in hopes of coming up with a long term solution.
