Our co-founder Michele Buster accepted an award at the 25th annual San Sebastian Gastronomika culinary congress. Among other notable participants like Ferran Adrià, Joan Roca, and Elena Arzak, Michele was awarded the Food & Wines from Spain award for her commitment to promoting Spanish products throughout her career. Her work sourcing and educating others has helped elevate Spanish artisan cheese and specialty food to a new level in this country. Congratulations to Michele on this significant achievement and for being a champion of Spanish specialty food!
