Made with raw cow’s milk and aged for 6 months, it is dominated by a smooth paste and sweet, creamy flavors with notes of warm milk and cream. It can be enjoyed as a table cheese but is also ideal to cook and bake with. Available in wheels, quarters, and cuts.
