A semi-soft, buttery cheese made with raw cow’s milk in the mountains of Biella, Italy. Maccagno is known for its natural rind spotted with beautiful yellow molds. We source the cheese from head cheesemaker Maria at Caseificio Pier Luigi Rosso. Preorder only.
