Aged in oak barrels for 3 months and coated with aromatic plants, this blue-veined cow’s milk cheese is dressed to impress. Moro always starts with chamomile and mint, but will add other herbs like marjoram and verbena according to the season. Herbaceous and a touch spicy, Muffato (“moldy” in Italian) is no ordinary blue.
