This delicate pyramid-shaped salt is harvested from the Gulf of Cádiz in Sanlucar, Andalucia. As it dries, it crystallizes into pyramids, a shape ideal for dissolving into soups and stocks. When using for cooking, you will need to crush between your fingers for the desired size. It is ideal for seasoning and decorating.
