This tender, sweet, and nutty Jamón Serrano is conveniently presliced and packed in 3 ounce trays. It is made without nitrates, nitrites, or other additives or preservatives. Fresh hams are coated in Mediterranean sea salt for 10 days before being moved to the aging rooms for a minimum of 16 months. The result is a full-flavored, unctuous, and all natural ham.
