A unique square-shaped version of Raclette Classic, the famous Swiss melting cheese made from cow’s milk. It is mild, creamy, and slightly earthy with hints of cave. The shape is perfect for slicing and heating on a grill with no waste. Our cheese comes from the Seiler dairy, known as the expert on all things Raclette. The classic style is to melt it over boiled potatoes accompanied by cornichons and pickled pearl onions, with paprika and pepper on the side, but it's great over roasted vegetables, polenta, baked pasta, sausage, or tartines.
