Screamer

The Screamer from Ueli Moser is a classic triple crème cow’s milk cheese with at least 75% fat, one of the very few of this style made in Switzerland. It stands out for its less fluffy and more compact texture, as well as its cheesy flavor instead of overpowering salt and cream that is so commonly found in this style of cheese.
