Filipe Madeira, producer of CARM Grande Escolha Organic Olive Oil, spoke recently with Olive Oil Times about his award-winning oils. Based in the region of Trás-os-Montes in northern Portugal, Madeira’s oils helped spark a renaissance in high-quality Portuguese olive oils.
