When rolled into tiny balls and finished with a dab of jam, curd, or chocolate, Wooly Wooly® transforms into a simple appetizer that showcases the fresh sheep’s milk cheese. It’s an easy way to experiment with pairing and come up with fun combinations in one cute, tiny bite. We now have four varieties of Wooly Wooly®: Plain, 5 Pepper Blend, Everything Seasoning, and our new Black Truffle.
To make Wooly Wooly® balls, simply open a log of the cheese and start rolling small spoonfuls in between your hands (wearing gloves makes this less messy). Make a divot in the top of each ball by lightly pressing with your finger and add a small dot of your topping.
