An 100% buffalo milk cheese studded with fennel seeds made by our Quadrello® di Bufala producer, Quattro Portoni. Rich and creamy, with notes of sweet cream balanced by savory flavors of fennel. Campì is inspired by caciottas typically made in central Italy. Fennel seeds are added to represent the flavors of northern Italy. It’s often used in breads like Schüttelbrot, a rye bread with spices and seeds.
