Doña Julia

Quesos Corcuera, one of our longest standing producers and makers of El Trigal® Manchego, have made us this young goat cheese. It is a small format, vegetarian cheese in the queso tierno style. Named in remembrance of Julia Sánchez de Pedro, the matriarch of the Corcuera family, Doña Julia is aged 15 days and is pleasantly milky and creamy.
