Sfizio Pecorino Fresh

This artisanal sheep’s milk cheese has been aged in wicker baskets, as is traditional with many cheeses from southern Italy. It emulates the style of Pecorino Crotonese, a cheese that originated in the Calabrian town of Crotone but is now made throughout southern Italy. Sfizio Pecorino Fresh is aged about two months and has a creamy, slightly piquant flavor. Preorder only.
