A super approachable raw cow’s milk cheese that appeals to a wide range of palates, Toggenburger Chueli is known for the charming cow imprints around the edge of the rind. The flavor is well rounded and nutty, with a pleasant creaminess and semi-hard texture. Its name means “the little cow from Toggenburg,” after the rural region in northeastern Switzerland where it's made, known for its green hills and agriculture.
