Urgewalt

Rahmtaler, the traditional Emmentaler with added cream, has nearly been lost, and Urgewalt aims to change that. Made by producer Jürg Wüthrich, it is aged for a minimum of 55 months, and the time and effort are worth it. The raw milk wheels have typical huge eyes with a smooth, stunning creaminess and deep nutty flavors.
