We offer both a Mandarino, which is pear-shaped and aged 6-7 months (1/45#), as well as Salame, which is torpedo-shaped and aged 10-12 months (1/70#). We also sell cuts of the Salame, 2/10#, and a 1/110# Salame (preorder).
