We will exhibit in booth 2901 at the Winter Fancy Food Show from January 21-23 in Las Vegas. We’re excited to debut several new products and showcase a core selection of our vast catalog that includes iconic cheeses like Genuine Fulvi® Pecorino Romano and The Drunken Goat® and our curated line of Mitica® nuts, charcuterie, crackers, jams, cheeses and more.
We are known for our diverse mix of exceptional cheeses and specialty foods, which we carefully source from Italy, Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Switzerland, and further afield. New products include a mini version of Provolone Dolce, Mitica® brand nut mixes, Wooly Wooly® soft sheep’s milk cheese with truffle, and Marga, a soft buffalo milk cheese from Italian farmstead cheesemakers Quattro Portoni.
Several representatives from our esteemed family of producers will join us in our booth. Lady Edison, a recently announced addition to our selection of cured meats, will be sampling their Extra Fancy Country Ham, an award-winning artisan ham from North Carolina. Bodensee Käse, producer of popular raw cow’s milk cheeses The Red Witch and The Old Witch, will travel from northeastern Switzerland to participate in the show. Finally, Caroline Hostettler, Swiss cheese expert, with whom we recently partnered on our new line of specialty cheeses from Switzerland, will also showcase her selections in booth 2901.
