Naked Goat® (Murcia Curado DOP)

This fabulous 6-month-aged goat cheese from Spain is produced with Murciana goat’s milk. Producer Central Quesera Montesinos is an expert in goat's milk cheese, and we have partnered with them for many years on such cheeses as The Drunken Goat®, Caña de Cabra, and Pimentino. The Naked Goat® is mild with a sweet finish, making it an ideal introduction to goat cheese. It is also perfect for melting.
