A unique blue soaked in gin, sweet red vermouth and bitter liqueur, and topped with candied orange slices, evoking the flavors of a classic Italian Negroni cocktail. This cheese is the brainchild of Sergio and Susi Moro's son Giovanni, who wanted to create a line of cheeses that could be easily paired with cocktails. The sweet, lightly fruity paste balances the sharpness of blue veining, with aromas of stone fruit and botanical herbs.
