Robiola di Bosco
This small format cow’s milk washed-rind is quite similar to Taleggio, though more intense in flavor. The Arnoldi family, including cousins Luca and Mauro, with whom we have worked for many years, shows their talent with this pungent cheese that finishes with a hint of fruit and touch of salt. It is perfect with pears, grapes and other fruit as well as a crisp white wine.
